Tsyplyata Tabaka restaurant was founded in Chelyabinsk in 1956. It is located in the building erected in late 1888 by Andrey Kholodov, a renown bread merchant and patron of the arts and sciences. Today, this building complex on Kirova Street is a cultural heritage site. In 2020, the restaurant reopened with a brand new format. The new basis of the restaurant's cuisine is Russian dishes. Tsyplenok Tabaka is the restaurant's signature dish.
