The campsite is located at Maiskaya Polyana, on the left bank of the Ai River, 30 km from the city of Satka. It has a kitchen, dining room, café and bar where you can buy soft drinks, baked goods and pastries.
The campsite can accommodate more than 100 2- or 3-person tents set on wooden decks. The area includes toilets, washbasins and a bathhouse. It also has a sports ground for football, volleyball, badminton and table tennis.
Discos and corporate, children's or family events can be organised in the evenings. For the guests, the tourism instructors can conduct rock climbing classes, backpacker jamborees, sports events, rafting tours on the Ai River, hiking tours and excursions to the caves or to the Zyuratkul National Park, Porogi natural and historical complex or the Sikiyaz Tamak cave complex.
