Yuzhny Sanatorium is located in a park area, a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The facility provides spa treatment services. The guests are offered a walking area, a dining room, a Russian bath with a pool, billiards, table tennis, a recreation room with a library, a gym, sports grounds, including those for playing basketball, skittles and volleyball, a children's playground and karaoke. The sanatorium provides treatment and preventative care for respiratory organs, diseases of the cardiovascular system, the digestive and musculoskeletal systems.
